Accelerated Timelines

Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA)
Cleaner Group’s PCSA offering is designed to de-risk renewable developments ahead of final ICP and EPC contracts being signed. To this effect, Cleaner Group address long-lead items such as HV switchgear, designs and materials. Rather than exposing our clients to the full contractual sum, we mitigate the level of capital exposure at an early stage whilst allowing the critical, long-term processes to be delivered on schedule.
